Restoration Park Church is seeking a highly motivated and ministry-minded Production Director to help us advance our vision of leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

This position serves as the primary leader of all production ministries at Restoration Park Church, ensuring that worship services, ministry events, and digital content are executed with excellence and support the mission of making disciples.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a heart for ministry. This person enjoys developing volunteers, building systems, solving problems, and creating distraction-free environments where people can encounter God.

Position Summary

The Production Director serves as the primary leader of all production ministries and works closely with worship leaders, ministry directors, and church leadership to create engaging and effective ministry environments.

This individual oversees audio, video, lighting, livestreaming, media production, volunteer development, and production systems while ensuring that all technical elements support the vision and mission of Restoration Park Church.

Primary Responsibilities

Production Leadership

·      Provide leadership and oversight for all production environments at Restoration Park Church.

·      Ensure all audio, video, lighting, presentation, and livestream elements are prepared and functioning for weekend services.

·      Lead production support for worship rehearsals, special services, conferences, weddings, funerals, and church events.

·      Oversee live broadcast and online worship experiences.

·      Ensure sermon recordings, uploads, and other post-production responsibilities are completed effectively.

·      Maintain excellence and consistency across all production systems and environments.

Volunteer Development

·      Recruit, train, schedule, and develop volunteer production teams.

·      Create clear pathways for onboarding and equipping new volunteers.

·      Foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, ownership, and continual growth.

·      Develop team leaders who can oversee various production areas.

·      Invest spiritually and relationally in volunteers serving within the ministry.

Media & Creative Support

·      Support ministry leaders through video, media, and production resources that advance ministry goals.

·      Collaborate with staff to develop creative solutions for major events, sermon series, and church-wide initiatives.

·      Assist in creating environments and experiences that effectively communicate the mission and vision of the church.

·      Help ensure consistency across digital and in-person ministry experiences.

Systems & Equipment Management

·      Maintain and organize all production equipment and infrastructure.

·      Develop systems that ensure reliability, preparedness, and long-term sustainability.

·      Manage upgrades, maintenance schedules, and future technology planning.

·      Research and implement new technologies that improve ministry effectiveness.

·      Develop and maintain production standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Required

·      Demonstrated commitment to Jesus Christ and His Church.

·      2–4 years of experience in church production, live events, or related technical environments.

·      Experience with audio, video, lighting, presentation software, livestreaming, and production systems.

·      Experience recruiting, training, and leading volunteer teams.

·      Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

·      Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders.

·      Commitment to the mission, values, and doctrinal beliefs of Restoration Park Church.

Preferred

·      Previous experience leading production in a growing church environment.

·      Experience with FOH mixing, recording, video editing, and lighting programming.

·      Experience with livestream production and digital ministry platforms.

·      Knowledge of stage design, acoustics, and production system development.

·      Experience managing production budgets and equipment planning.

Restoration Park Church Size and Context

·      Average attendance: 700–900 weekly attendees

·      Number of staff: 6 Full-time, 3 Part-time

·      Number of services: 2

·      Demographic makeup: Middle-Class, Broadly Blue-Collar, Rural and Suburban

·      Develop a long-term strategy for production growth and technology needs.

Salary Range: 45-60,000$  plus benefits (Health insurance, Retirement contribution, Paid vacation, Conference allowances, Ministry expense reimbursement).
